Ronald R. Reitz
CPPA, President
Ron R. Reitz has pioneered the National Hazard Insurance Claims business
of GMAC-RFC. Mr. Reitz left GMAC-ResCap in January 2007 after ten years
of managing the Insurance Services group. He is the past President of the
California Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (CAPIA) and is
currently an officer on the Board of Directors of the National Association
of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA)

A leading expert on hazard claims, he serves on many industry panels and
provides consulting and training services industry-wide. Mr. Reitz is
licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster in nearly every state that has
licensing regulations.

Colleen Gorman
Vice President, Operations
Colleen Gorman is a 21 year veteran of the mortgage industry, encompassing
management positions with Wells Fargo, Fidelity (formerly ALLTEL),
ZC Sterling, Dimont and Associates and her family-owned loan
origination firm. Her expertise spans the worlds of loan servicing,
lender-placed insurance, account management, operations management
and mortgage consulting.

Anne Schupack
Vice President, Business Development
Anne Schupack is another key member of the executive team and was
instrumental in building QCMC. She has more than a decade of industry
experience, with management positions at Dimont and Associates
and GMAC-Rescap. Ms. Schupack has cultivated relationships industry-wide
and is dedicated to delivering creative and effective solutions to her
clients. She is also a Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster.

Jacki Thompson
Account Manager
Jacki Thompson has over 13 years experience in property claims, including
catastrophe, inland marine, residential and commercial property claims
for Allstate and Liberty Mutual, and has now moved to mortgagee claims.
Ms. Thompson was previously a manager for Dimont & Associates and a key
member of GMAC’s borrower assistance program for Hurricane Katrina
losses. As Account Manager, Ms. Thompson utilizes her understanding
of claims and customer service to ensure specialized client relations.
She is also a licensed Public Adjuster.

Lorraine Thompson
Account Manager
Lorraine Thompson has over 15 years experience as a financial
servicing manager, with background in insurance, real estate taxes,
adjustable mortgages, customer service and cashiering. Additionally,
she has over nine years of managerial experience working in
an insurance outsourcing environment with global affiliation in
international organizations. Ms. Thompson underwent Six Sigma Green Belt
Training and holds a BA in Business Administration/Marketing from
Bloomfield College, Bloomfield, NJ.

Robert Hopson
Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Rob is a servicing veteran with more than 20 years experience.
He brings expertise to QCMC in the areas of property preservation
and default administration. His focus is on developing strategic
partnerships as QCMC expands its footprint into new and expanded
business lines.

Kelly Barbieri
Claims Supervisor
Kelly Barbieri has more than 20 years experience in the mortgage
industry, including over 10 years of expertise in the handling of
mortgagee claims at GMAC-Rescap and The Law Office of Thomas Rutledge.
In 2005, she was part of the team at GMAC-Rescap who assisted the
homeowners with their insurance claims after Hurricane Katrina hit.
Ms. Barbieri is licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster in nearly
every state that has licensing regulations and is currently a
member of NAPIA.

Elena Savage
Operations Supervisor
Elena Savage has been in the financial industry for over 30 years, with
operational experience in document and check processing. She also spent
10 years in mortgage servicing at Wells Fargo Bank, GMAC-Rescap, and
HSBC. Her expertise ranges from customer service to remittance processing
and REOs. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management from University of Phoenix.

Amy Goss
Project/Implementation Manager
Amy Goss has more than 13 years experience in the industry,
having managed claims, client relationships, new client
implementations and work flow technology development.
She has worked at both GMAC-Rescap and Dimont & Associates.
Ms. Goss has been a licensed public adjuster since 1998.
