Ronald R. Reitz
CPPA, President
Ronald R. Reitz, CPPA, President of Quality Claims Management,
pioneered the National Hazard Insurance Claims
business of GMAC-RFC (now GMAC-ResCap). After a decade at GMAC-ResCap,
Mr. Reitz launched Quality Claims in 2007. He is the past President of
the California Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (CAPIA) and is
currently First Vice President of the National Association of Public
Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).
Recognized as a leading expert on hazard claims, he serves on many industry panels,
and provides consulting and training services industry-wide.

Colleen Gorman
Vice President, Operations
Colleen Gorman is a 20+ year veteran of the mortgage industry, encompassing
management positions with Wells Fargo, Fidelity (formerly ALLTEL), ZC Sterling,
Dimont and Associates and her family-owned loan origination firm. Her expertise
spans the worlds of loan servicing, lender-placed insurance, account management,
operations management and mortgage consulting.

Anne Schupack
Vice President, Business Development
Anne Schupack is key member of the executive team and was instrumental
in building QCMC. She has 12+ years of industry experience, with prior
management positions at Dimont & Associates and GMAC-Rescap. Ms. Schupack
manages QCMC's sales and marketing team. She is also a Licensed Public
Insurance Adjuster and a member of NAPIA.

Deborah Martin-Dominick
Vice President, Business Development
Deborah Martin-Dominick is a servicing veteran with 20+ years of experience. Her expertise is in
Residential Mortgage Servicing with an emphasis on Loan Administration, Default Management,
Property Preservation and Hazard Insurance Recovery, both as a Servicer and a third party provider.
Deborah has received her Certified Mortgage Servicer designation through the Mortgage Bankers
Association and has been a member of the MBA Loan Administration Committee, USFN Servicer Roundtable
Moderator and CMBA Panelist.

Robert Hopson
Vice President, Client Relations
Rob is a servicing veteran with 20+ years experience. He brings
expertise to QCMC in default management, including hazard claims,
property preservation, REO, foreclosure and bankruptcy. His focus
is on developing new products and services, managing client
relations, and overseeing QCMC’s mortgage insurance business lines.

Jacki Thompson
Client Relations Manager
Jacki Thompson has 15+ years experience in property claims, including catastrophe,
inland marine, residential and commercial property claims for Allstate and Liberty
Mutual, and moved to mortgagee claims in 2000. Ms. Thompson was previously a
manager for Dimont & Associates and a key member of GMAC’s borrower assistance
program for Hurricane Katrina losses. As Client Relations Manager, Ms. Thompson utilizes
her understanding of claims and customer service to ensure specialized client
solutions. She is also a licensed Public Adjuster.

Lorraine Thompson
Client Relations Manager
Lorraine Thompson has 15+ years experience as a financial servicing manager,
with background in insurance, real estate taxes, adjustable mortgages,
customer service and cashiering. Additionally, she has 9+ years of
managerial experience working in an insurance outsourcing environment
with global affiliation in international organizations. Ms. Thompson
underwent Six Sigma Green Belt Training and holds a BA in Business
Administration/Marketing.

Kelly Barbieri
Vice President of Claims
Kelly Barbieri has 20+ years experience in the mortgage industry,
including 10+ years in mortgagee claims at GMAC-Rescap and The Law
Office of Thomas Rutledge. In 2005, she was part of the team at GMAC-Rescap
who assisted thousands of homeowners with their insurance claims stemming
from Hurricane Katrina. Ms. Barbieri is licensed as a Public Insurance
Adjuster in nearly every state that has licensing regulations and is
currently a member of NAPIA.

Elena Savage
Operations Manager
Elena Savage has been in the financial industry for 30+ years, including
14 years in mortgage servicing at Wells Fargo Bank, GMAC-Rescap, and HSBC
where she worked in payment and REO loan processing, customer service and
loan accounting. She also spent over 15 years in retail banking and check
processing operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management.

Amy Goss
Project/Implementation Manager
Amy Goss has 15+ years experience in the industry, having
managed claims, client relationships, new client implementations
and work flow technology development. She has worked at both
GMAC-Rescap and Dimont & Associates. She currently manages
QCMC’s project management team. Ms. Goss has been a licensed
public adjuster since 1998.

Mark Kaliss
MI Claims Manager
Mark Kaliss is a servicing veteran with 12+ years experience
including management positions at PHH, GMAC Mortgage and Cenlar.
He brings expertise in default management, including property
preservation, REO, mortgage insurance claims and Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and private investor claims.
Mark currently oversees QCMC’s default claims operations.
