Are you struggling with a property insurance claim?  Long delays?  Does the insurance company settlement seem inadequate?  Was your claim denied?

Consider engaging one of our licensed public adjusters as your advocate and guide to navigate the claim maze.  We represent you, the policy holder, not the insurance company.  We can expedite and maximize your settlement, ensuring your recovery will cover repairs, personal property replacement and reimbursement for additional living expenses.

The time after a loss can be traumatic, making it hard to focus on the many details and requirements involved in filing and negotiating an insurance claim. A compassionate Quality Claims adjuster will manage every step of the process for you, helping you document your loss and representing your interests with the insurance company.

We welcome you to contact us for a free consultation and evaluation of your claim.

Why Us?

Quality Claims   public adjusters are passionate about helping people recover from a loss.  We are coverage experts, averaging more than 15 years of claims experience and have handled thousands of claims.

We are licensed nationwide and have a deep understanding of coverage and policy language.  Several of our adjusters have advanced credentials and flood certifications.  We have state-of-the-art technology to help us calculate your loss and track your claim.

Disaster recovery claims are a special focus.  After Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma, on behalf of a major mortgage company, we assisted more than 1,000 policy holders in collecting over $200 million dollars in insurance settlements.

We are active members of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters <www.napia.com > where we advocate for the protection of homeowners.

  • Obtain the absolute maximum amount due to you under your policy

We can assist you from initial claim submission through the life of the claim, or you can engage us at any point in the process when you feel you need help.

What Will It Cost?

There is no charge for the initial consultation and no fee if we are unsuccessful in obtaining a settlement for you.

Our “success fee” consists of a small percentage of the recovery we collect for you. There is no fee for any amount you have collected prior to engaging us and you are only billed after the claim is paid.

You may be thinking: Why should I pay you to help me collect what I could collect on my own?

In addition to saving you time, reducing your stress and eliminating all of the exhaustive work involved in navigating the claim process, your results are likely to improve significantly.

A 2010 study by the Florida state legislature found that public adjusters were able to increase settlements by an average of 19.3% on catastrophe claims in that state in 2008-2009.  It is common for a public adjuster to increase a recovery by 30-40%.  And of course, any time we overturn a denial, we increase your settlement by 100%!
